We are g-dii Enterprise, Inc., (“g-dii” and, alternatively “we”) a Delaware Corporation. Globalization is driving companies to be more responsive to the needs of an increasingly diverse workplace. In response to this need, g-dii is a new kind of research and analytics company. Our core mission is to help companies and their employees better understand their Cultural Inclusiveness. Cultural Inclusiveness is a representation of a company’s or person’s preferences regarding global inclusion and diversity. It is also a representation of the skills and characteristics that support effective and appropriate interactions. To derive Cultural Inclusiveness, we created an online interactive survey. This initiative is to test the survey. We invite residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years of age to complete the survey (participants). The survey will take about 20-30 minutes to complete. We do not collect personal data about participants, and thus we cannot attribute survey responses to individual at any time. If you change your mind and no longer want to participate, you can exit the survey. Exiting the survey renders your response incomplete. Incomplete survey responses are deleted. We welcome your participation and thank you for your help as we take an important step to test the capabilities we designed to help companies and people to improve their Cultural Inclusiveness. This privacy notice explains our data handling practices in greater detail, including:

Who We Are
We are g-dii. We are researchers creating the first service and platform that is designed to enable companies to develop and measure Cultural Inclusiveness. Cultural Inclusiveness is a measure of respondent’s preferences regarding global inclusion and diversity as well as the skills and characteristics that support effective and appropriate interactions among people. Ongoing globalization makes Cultural Inclusiveness an essential component of success for companies and their employees.
What We Do
As part of an ongoing research initiative, we developed a survey to measure preferences regarding global inclusion and diversity. This initiative is an alpha test to assess the survey and its data analytics. We need volunteers to complete the survey. The survey takes about 20 to 30 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous.
NOTE: WE SEEK VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND RESIDE IN THE UNTIED STATES OF AMERICA TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY. ONCE YOU BEGIN THE SURVEY, WE BEGIN DATA COLLECTION. IF YOU BEGIN THE SURVEY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, AND CONSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING PRACTICES.
Upon completing the survey, we pooled and aggregated the anonymous data. We analyze the data to measure global inclusion and diversity preferences. What we learn enables us to demonstrate the value of the survey and the analytics. It also enables us to identify the improvements we need to make to better estimate Cultural Inclusiveness.
The Data We Collect
When the survey commences, we invite you to tell us about yourself – your age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, and reactions to circumstances presented in scenarios. This data will not be used to identify you. If you do not want to share information about yourself, you do not have to. Finally, we include a comment box at the end of the survey. Here, you can share comments about your experience. Keep your comments anonymous. Do not enter contact information or other data that can be used to identify you as part of your comments.
How We Use and Share the Data that We Collect
Your survey responses are anonymous. We do not collect data that can be used attribute your survey responses to you. The anonymous data we collect from you is used to estimate a participant’s g-dii score. g-dii scores are anonymous. We also use anonymous data to identify opportunities to improve our survey and analytics services, demonstrate our capabilities to prospective clients, and otherwise enable the ongoing development of our capabilities. Further, we use data as permitted or required by law. We do not use data that we collect to market products or services to you. We do not sell, share or offer the data that we collect to third parties for marketing purposes.
How You Consent to our Data Practices
When you use our website and begin the survey, you agree to the terms and conditions that control the use of our website and consent to our privacy and data handling practices.
How You Can Limit Our Data Collection
You can limit our data collection by refusing to answer any question. You can withdraw your consent to our privacy and data handling practices by not finishing the survey. If you do not finish the survey, then your survey response is incomplete. An incomplete survey is deleted.
Accessing, Reviewing, and Deleting Data
You cannot access or review your survey responses, because g-dii is not able to identify which responses are yours. Survey responses are anonymous and cannot be attributed to you. Likewise, you cannot delete your responses for the survey that you complete. If you leave the website before completing the survey, the survey is incomplete. Incomplete surveys are deleted.
How We Protect Children’s Online Privacy
g-dii cares about children’s online privacy. This survey is not directed to minors. We invite participants who are at least 18 years of age and residents of the United States of America. Those less then 18 years of age are not authorized to participate.
